Our featured chef for March.

Joining KOTO in 2008, Binh is a Class 13 graduate which means he's seen his fair share of KOTO over the years! From training at our flagship restaurant, KOTO Van Mieu to now helping out the future generation of trainees at KOTO Villa, he's the very definition of 'Know One, Teach One'.

The man is no stranger to success either. He was the winner of Vietnam’s Final for Young Hope Contest Asian 2012, former Executive Sous Chef at Novotel Suites Hanoi and a representative for Accor Asian Pacific at Cuisine Challenge in Paris 2013 and a regular TV Chef on VTV4 to name a mere few accolades.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the KOTO vocational education program changed the life of Binh. He's now achieved his dreams of being a professional chef and quite a successful one!

"I love the local herbs here in Vietnam and being able to produce flavour combinations which are tantalising such as this veal blossom salad. It's a great dish for sharing presenting the elements of diverse cuisines visually, something a bit different!"
