Who We Are
Jimmy Pham founded KOTO in 1999 with one goal in mind: helping disadvantaged and at-risk youth in Vietnam through a holistic hospitality training program. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to help over 1,000 trainees over the last 21 years, all whilst providing dishes that are fresh, hearty and simply unforgettable.
